Daily Life of a Student Athlete

  • Before 7:30am : early fitness.
  • 7:30–8:30am : breakfast.
  • 8:30–12:30 : classes.
  • 12:30–1:30 : lunch.
  • 1:30–2:30 : individual lesson.
  • 2:30–5:30 : team practice.
  • 5:30–6:30 : conditioning.
  • Evening : rehab, dinner, study hall, relaxation.
  • Fall semester : invitational tournaments, weekend tournaments, regional events, and ITF Futures events.
  • Spring semester : dual matches, conference matches, NCAA team championships, and NCAA singles and doubles tournaments based on a qualifying process.
